vthokie is an unknown quantity at this point
1) Yes your can apply oil to the flywheel with your fingers, especially because you will be touching dirty surfaces (tranny, engine bay, etc) After putting the flywheel on and torqueing it, clean it with BRAKE CLEANER
2) Yes you can drop it with only 2 mounts supporting it, Only problem is when you put the tranny back on, you may have to jack up the whole engine to make it fit back on the other engine mounts.
