No I'm just messing with ya. I would try downloading up to date drivers or if that doesn't help you boot in safe mode and if it doesn't happen then it could be your sound card, or ethernet/modem, etc...

i found out that looking for the problem could take days.. checking every single component on the computer. you would save a lot of time by just fresh formatting the computer with windows again and installing all the drivers you need. unless you actually want to find out what the prob is, just keep troubleshooting
