Yeah I would try to open the case to let air flow and see if it still does it. Thats a possibilty or it could be incompatible hardware or just that windows is corrupted. I had the same problem with my old comp and I tried everything and it still wouldn't work right until one day it just wouldn't turn on. So I tried rebuilding it and I just got frustrated. Then I got a mac...and I don't have to do that shit anymore.
