Here's how it works. The map sensor shows ecu boost... ecu takes a shit. In order to prevent this one uses the hack:
1. use injectors that are about..30-40% larger than needed... in most cases 450s work.
2. Set afc to -30-40%
the afc works by altering the signal from the map sensor to the ECU. To lower the fuel, it lowers the map sensor reading, to increase fuel, it increases the reading. So, by having injectors that are larger than you need, it allows you to cut fuel back by a great enough margin that it reduces the boost signal is converted to one that the ECU interperates as vacuume.
This way you still get a pretty well regulated fuel curve (ecu recievs map sensor signal in proportion to actual map... only lowered enough that it doesn't throw a cel.
