H23 Turbo Setup Help

Alright guys. I've given up on my F22 Motor and my NA desires. I've decided to purchase a freind's h23 motor thats out of his car for someone betweet 250 and 350. It has 175,000 miles and i plan to do a rebuild over the next 4 years while i'm at college. I'll only be an hour away from my house so i can work on it whenever. I'm kind of a turbo noob but know what i need for the turbo kit but i'm not 100% sure about what to do to the motor to make it handle upto 20 psi. I'm planning on some low compression JE pistons, Some crower connecting rods unless eagle makes them which i don't think they do. Get the block resleeved, and for the cylinder head do i need to upgrade the valve train components or not. I know you do if you wanna go into the extremely high RPM's but what about boost? Also i'm planning on piecing together a turbo kit piece by piece. What kind of turbo would be optimal for 20psi. T25, T3, T 3/4 Hybrid. Also I belive the radiator was replaced with an aluminum one so i'd imagine it can handle the pressure. What kind of other stuff do i need to worry about? Fuel pump, Injectors, Water pump, Oil cooler? I want it to be a daily driver also but have that power available.
