Mods: Neuspeed strut tower bar, Suspension Techniques front and rear sway bars, Tokico gas shocks, H&R OEM Springs...Oh yeah, and a genuine Honda leather steering wheel cover
98Accsedan is an unknown quantity at this point
I have the same car and the same strut bar. Try jacking the front of the car off the ground to relieve the pressure against the bolts.
