This is best I can explain it.....Ive seen this video a few times on Real TV where a cop pulls over a guy in a Range Rover for speeding and he tells the cop to make it quick cuz hes in a rush then once the cop shows him the price of the ticket he starts freaking out and screaming his head off....."ARE YOU FUCKING CRAZY"...he sais a whole bunch of funny shit. Does this ring a bell to anyone?
