They used to make a car with a 4 stroke but it cost a ton of money. The gearing was way different since the motors don't rev as high but they have a lot more low end torque so they can pull in higher gears. The one that the used to sell did over 60mph and it was a touring/racing road car. Here is a link to the newer bigger motor. It spins to 21000 RPM which is insane for a 4 stroke but some of the 2 strokes will go over near 40,000 RPM so you can see the difference. They used to make a smaller version of this one.

Found the car. Here it is.

Here are the specs.

Super-sleek body...realistic 4-stroke engine sound!

The latest addition to the FW-04 Series of nitro on-roaders boasts a streamlined McLaren GTR body, as well as the major performance upgrade of a 4-stroke engine.

The included engine is the FS26S-CX from O.S. the leader in high- performance R/C power plants. It's patterned after the popular FS-26 4-stroke engine for model airplanes, and delivers an exciting, more authentic sound that heightens the racing experience. Several chassis modifications have been made to accommodate the FS26S-CX, including a different engine mount, flywheel clutch and exhaust system; a belt-driven cooling fan has also been installed to dissipate heat buildup.

Retains many of the FW-04's super features:
Lower CG for more road-hugging capability

Sealed front and rear bulkheads to keep out dust and debris

Longer suspension arms and swing shafts for more stability

Multi-link rear suspension supported by 3 ball links for adjustable rear camber and toe-in
