BC is a great place to live though I might be biased because I live here
But just in case you are thinking about somewhere else besides Vancouver...
Calgary Alberta is the way to go (but then I might be biased again because I was born there
)
But really the cleaness of both cities, Calgary would win period. Their chinatown, downtown, and overall everywhere else makes Vancouver look like a dirty crackwhore. Also the stampede is better then the PNE
but its too spread out IMO
Overall Vancouver should still be slightly better I guess.
