at the wheel there is about a 30 hp difference. but he is saying you can make just as much power by putting that money into boosting the D. and hey, if something goes wrong, a D is cheaper to replace.
and i've never been impressed with greddy turbos on hondas. they seem to be too small, and the power dips off in the top end.
