You can get eyelids for almost any car on Ebay. The total cost will be about $80 but it will completely change the look of your whip.
Materials:
Eyelids (from Ebay)
3M tape (included)
Primer (from Autozone, close match to the color of the car)
High grit sandpaper (800+)
Hacksaw blade (if your OEM housings have "nipples")
Prep the eyelids by giving them a quick sand. Wipe away the excess dust. Apply your first coat of Primer. Be sure to make a quick, swift motion. DO NOT stop or respray. Let the coat dry for about 10 minutes. Sand down the first layer. Repeat this process until you have a smooth primer finish (about 5 times). Now, I wouldn't recommend trying to final layer and clear coat the eyelids yourself. Your local collision shop will paint match and clear coat them for you for about $20-$25 per eyelid. After you have that done, check the surface of the headlight housing for any nipples or anything that would prevent them from laying flat. If you need to cut a nipple off, use a hacksaw blade (wear gloves) and carefully cut the nipple until it breaks off. Now cut the 3M tape and apply equal amounts to the backside of the eyelids. Slowly and carefully place the eyelids into place and apply pressure for about a minute to ensure a proper hold.
