Ughhh... I ride bikes. I have friends who own Ducatis, 916, 999, 748, Monsters to be exact. The sound you guys are hearing is a Dry Clutch on a Twin.
Edit: Here... This is bone-stock Exhaust. Typical V-Twin sound. The "CLACK CLACK CLACK" sound you guys hear on a Ducati is the Dry Clutch. I've seen loads of Harely's with Dry Clutches.
