i have a H22A in my lude and was wondering if i should use the same spark plugs for the H22A1. i currently have NGK R, which i have never heard of, that were in the car when i bought it.

Engine/Power - H22A, short ram with BPi stack/K&N, OBX ceramic header, Tanabe Racing Medalion exhaust, NGK Iridium plugs, Carbing catch can
Tranny - M2B4, stage 3 clutch, 10.5 pound flywheel, shortshifter
Suspension - KYB AGX struts, Tanabe springs, Megan Racing front/rear strut bars and rear tie bar
Brakes - Ebay slotted/cross-drilled rotors, Axxis pads, red calipers
