No problem. For the automatic stuff if you really don't like it you can cover it with some electrical tape
On a serious note, you might be able to get the black trim that goes around the gauges from a manual EX/LX cluster. But if you had a manual EX/LX cluster to borrow from you wouldn't be having this problem.
The one from your DX has lights in different places so you'd be covering important idiot lights.
