mostly it's just the amount of intake. My wife and I are both on a plan that limit's us to 1300 cal. per day. this way if we don't lose any weight, we won't be gaining any either. it's tough, but it's doable. Mostly whole foods, and A LOT of portion control. you'd be surprised just how big a serving is. I'll see if I can pst some examples of our food list later.
