And you can leave it on all the time...it has lowest CPU priority so it only uses spare CPU power.

If you have a dual core CPU you can run 2 instances...I do this 24/7...doesn't matter if i am watching movies or playing games or whatever.

Also those with ATI cards x1650 series or above you can fold using your GPU and do it much more efficiently.....anyway, I'll switch my puters over to superhonda
