Rebuild Time?

so most of you know i drive a 94 explorer, anyway, it has almost 200k miles now, and i want to make sure it will be as headache free as a ford can be, for as long as it can be. Should i try some of that seafoam or engine restore shit, or just go ahead and rebuild it, new rings, bearings, seals, gaskets, etc...?

thanks sho.
