Id recommend about 6psi on a bone stock D16, but im sure 7.5 would hold if the tune was good. If it has to last a long time, you might want to lower the compression a bit- a thicker head gasket is the easiest way to do this. The internals of the engine will be fine for that amount of power. Youll want to upgrade your fuel pump (Walbro 255lph will work well), and some larger injectors (anything from 310cc to 440cc should cut it).

If 7.5 is too much then I can drop to 6, but I was trying to see my limits on a stock D16. It doesn't have to last long, but thanks for the heads up on the gasket. I assumed a bigger fuel pump and injectors, but wasn't sure what and I wasn't sure if the rods would hold up as well, being such a small engine. Thanks for the info.
