ok so i wanna build my D16 for my JRSC and i know its probably highly improbable but is there any way to make close/ if not 200whp on a SC'ed D16?????
This is what i have, or is on the way:
1. D16y8 head: has crower springs/retainers, AEM cam gear, Comps stage 1 cam shaft, and a mild port job done.
2. y8 dizzy w/ MSD cap/rotor and blaster 2 external coil
3. hoping to get a D16a6 sleeved block
4. Unorthodox Racing pulley - no ps/ac
5. JRSC w/450cc injectors and 8lb upgrade pully
6. Injen CAI
7 2.5' catback w unkown headers (still looking for quality headers that are cheap . . go figure)
i know i got alot to go, on my list are: hondata intake gasket, pistons/rods (which??) should i go a bit higher compression? like 9 something? would low 10's be ok?? i know with turbo low compression is what most ppl do but i thought mabye with SC and a bit higher compression i could make more power. .. safely that is, ok SC gurus, lets make a killer D16!!!!!
