i actually bought this kit off of h-t awhile back. although, i got the slim ballast for $120 shipped. but yes, they come with different plugs, and i also believe they come with (at least mine did) high-beam halogen bulbs built in as well.
so you get low-beam xenons, and high beam halogens.
pretty good deal for $120
kit is good quality
although, i don't think i bought from this seller.
