I have been lifting, and i have been eating ALOT of protien [a little less than my wieght, but enough, i'd say about 140-155 grams

]. The problem is two things.....
o Eating mcDonalds every morning for brekkist [I'm lazy in the morning]
o Traveling so much that I cant really get into a routine.
Problem 1 is solved

. I eat something like a Healthy choice meal with some yougurt or mixed nuts and either gatorade or water. Or maybe a PBJ with milk. BOth of these take less than 5 minutes to make and I already am feeling like the way i was on campus

Problem 2 may remain a problem, since I'm going to Dayton this weekend for another halloween party

. I lack the continuous workouts each week. I may do 3-4 workouts a week, when I should be hittin 5-6.
If i have learned anything with health/working out/running that is
consistancy gets results and i dont have consistancy.
