well...yes I would...but what exactly is your mechanical background? This swap requires that you pull your motor, take the head off of your motor, trans planting that on the K24 bottom end with the RBC (K24) intake manifold. It's a good swap for people that have done a few builds but it's no novice swap!
you will also need a fair amount of supporting mods...such as FULL motor mounts, LSD, Exedy Stg. 1 clutch will work as long as you get your flywheel resurfaced, a race header, and a good exhaust (preferably one of the 3" variety), and an injen CAI will make life alot easier as well.
It's expensive but do-able.
