Mods: strut bars f/r, 2000 front end, s2 exhaust, test pipe, obx header, intake, motegi r7 wheels, edelbrock short shifter, h&r stut/springs, ctr grill, v-tec controller, other stuff too.

sounds like there is still air in your system, check you fluid level like dude above said, keep on bleeding that bitch. I had that problem with my 91 si lude. oh and don't let the resevior run dry, airlock is a bitch.
