If you plan on drifting on a regular basis, get to know a local tire shop. They can hook you up with all kinds of gone or nearly gone tires that will be great for a few laps.

you should run some cherry tires up front[good tires] and shitty tires rear, ia 15~17's
and for front, i wouldn't fun anything lower then 16's as I am planning on a front brake caliper swap to Z32 calipers[300zx]
and no worries on tires, I have many hookup's. about $150 would get me brand new falkens mounted/balanced. and as for other sets of tires, i have over 40% of thread left on all of them, so I am quiet set for 2~4 events that I am planning on running. so they should last me about 3 month from now, as there is a event that I go to every month. what RWD car do you have?
