I'm not so sure that I fully understand the request. In any case... it certainly is a strange request. If she likes the pic, why would she want it altered?
But, yeah... "bridge" is the term I'm not overly familiar with when you're talking about facial structure. If you would be so kind, please elaborate a bit. I will make an honest attempt at performing the alteration that she requests but, I can't make any promises as my people 'shops are usually not what one would call stellar.
