A good camber kit is about $150 and takes about 1hr to install. However that is not your problem. If the car is pulling, that is a toe problem *OR* something is damaged.

I would speak directly with the shop manager. Camber will not cause your car to pull. Either way if it is pulling worse than it did before they touched it, then they messed up. Quite possible whoever did the work did not center the steering wheel properly before adjusting the toe.
