This is all true. Pay heed to the words above! Slush is probably second to sheer ice. It will make your car hydroplane under the slightest amount regardless of the tires you have on. The Blizzaks will help imensly, but it's true that the S in the snow isn't great. It's a high-strung engine that wants to get up and go. You will have to bog it down, starting in second gear and keeping the rpms down below 3500 or you'll break the tires loose.
