Change your intake manifold to the Edelbrock Performer X. Forget the dry shot, go with a wet kit if you really want the nitrous (Nitrous tuning will involve getting the correct spark plugs, and correct timing). Look into direct port injection for the most even distribution of the nitrous/fuel mix into each cylinder.
Make sure your fuel pump is good enough for the power you want to make (you don't need a 255lph Walbro, but stock Civic probably isn't enough).
I don't know anything about the Megan FPR, but I know the B&M piece is good. Just make sure you're only using the FPR to tune in conjunction with proper ECU tuning (Fuel/Ignition maps).
Finally, find yourself a reputable tuner, and follow their advice for which ECU to get, and which tuning software/hardware you need to get, or if they have it themselves and just do chip burning.
