check to make sure that your high flow cat is not the culprit. usually when you get high flow cat, there are a few versions. street legal ones wont throw your cat, but the off road only will throw your sensor amuck.

with that said, i dont think its your sensor thats causing malfunctioning, i think it could be your cat.
