There's nothing anyone can say to help you, if you say you removed the oil jets from the b15 block, and did the wiring properly, then you're just going to have to recheck your work. Maybe you have the wrong computer you need the d16z6 computer, or maybe your vtec solonoid is no good, or maybe you have no oil pressure. It can be a lot of things and without the car in front of you you can't check all these things.
