if its worth it or not is up to you. personally if i was going to do all that (motor, tranny, suspension) on a car that old, I would start of with a CRX. they are lighter and look better IMO. But there are a lot of people that like the way the gen 2's look and perform. If you mean is it worth it like will you be able to make money off the car then no its not worth it.
