great start but you may want to try and get more up-front with your subjects. it should be easier for you to do so while maintaining your stealthiness since it seems like you're shooting with a non-DSLR camera (swiveling LCD, no shutter noise, etc).

as Robert Capa (one of the most famous combat photographers in history) put it, "f your photos aren't good enough, you're not close enough"
