Body kit involves full bumper changes which usually consist of ridiculous radical body line ruining alterations while a lip kit (depending on whether you want all of it done) consists of SUBTLE side skirts (also included in body kits but usually in a more radical version) and front and back clipped or bolted on additions to the existing oem bumpers. This provides a subtle but impacting style change that usually increases body line appeal and makes the car lower (just because the lip additions are closer to the ground than the stock, no suspension mods included in a lip kit haha)...If you're looking for the BEST material, look into hybrid aero, its a "hybrid" mixture of fiberglass and flexible plastics (I think polyurethane is included but not sure), these are super durable easy to work with, but yes more pricey...As far as good looks on Your car idk its your choice but if you want some good examples of clean lip kits, search integra type r lip kits...hope I helped
