to post a pic:
-open the picture (hosted here in the photo gallery or somewhere else)
-right-click on picture,
-(if using firefox) click "copy image address"
-(if using Internet Explorer) highlight address, right-click, and copy.
-on SHO, type [img] and [/img] and paste the pic address in between them
