I also base my tips on the quality of service. If they do a poor job for whatever reason (usually because I'm fairly young and therefore apparently a bad tipper) then they're going to get a matching shitty tip. If the service is average then they'll get their 15%. If they do a great job then they'll get 20-30%. Been there, done that...you can make great money if you have the personality and patience to deal with a variety of people.
