^^^That's kinda what I figured. It looks like a reservoir and it's right underneath where the intake is situated in the engine bay. I remember my '92 Accord having a couple of pipes leading from behind the bumper to the intake box. This thing just looks completely worthless and it has a hole in it from one of my accidents, I was just too lazy to find all the bolts to remove it last time I had the bumper off. But I'm getting a PasswordJDM CF/Kevlar whale penis after I replace the mirror and windshield, so I guess I'll take a look at it again then...
