just to make sure, you're tuning with the MF2 and a V-AFC? Are you using bigger than stock injectors?
That weirdness at 4500 is caused by vtec. The only true way to really smooth that out is with more tuning, preferrably with a standalone EMS (the way to meet the power/reliability potential of your set-up at x psi).
also, that Autometer A/F gauge is pretty useless. It may only be accurate at WOT. Your EGT will be more helpful.
