I think with a B18 block, around 12:1 compression pistons, port job on the head and combustion chamber, Jun Stange 3 valvetrain. Can get you to 200whp. Also consider an upgraded intake manifold and throttle body.
Peak HP isn't really where this motor will shine. It'll make power across the powerband.
