bottom pcv hose

Installing the JRSC, for the pcv to plug into the block you need both hoses right? if so how do you get that bottom one out of the intake manifold?

You pull it out.

is there any specific way how? i cant get the top part through the intake manifold, even with using a monkey wrench to try and crush it. Maybe the rubber is just too old?

I dont know if yours was the same as mine but it took a little ass and I just pulled it out. Maybe your is different.
