Help with annoying belt squeal

This is my problem. The past 3 days I have noticed a squealing in my belt every time I start up my car but than it goes away after about 1 sec. I let it warm up and bit than start to drive. If I have the heater on at ALL and drive, my belt starts squealing. If I step on the brake and turn the heater off, it stops squealing. I think its my supercharger belt but no 100% sure. Please someone out there HELP ME!!

We just bought all new pulleys and installed about 2 months ago. What we think it is, is the alternator, thinking its going bad because every time I turn the heat on, it'll squeal which means more voltage is been pulled from the alternator. Me and my pops came up with this idea, guess we'll try it out
