I read some topic in this forum and i have saw that most people have 220 - 230 whp with jackson racing + gsr .
Me i have a gsr motor with jrsc and i just have 200 whp at 10 -12 psi .
my setup :
gsr motor
forged piston 9.1
clutch stage 2
headers dc sport 4-1
exhaust 2"1/2
cold air intake AEM
jackson racing supercharger
greddy Emanage
crank pulley crv
310 cc injector
fuel pump walbro 255
and more....
why I just have 200whp ?
and I a read about intercooler . What is this intercooler ?
( sorry for my english i speak french , i live in québec )
I am guessing a good standalone engine management system may help. The lower compression is going to hurt you with a JRSC application. For those 310s to give you a 11.8-12 to 1 A/F ratio you must be running a pretty high fuel pressure. What kind of dyno was thing on? Was it hot out? Was the intake manifold heat soaked? These could be factors also. 200 WHP is low for a GSR with the boost you are running. Most GSRs that I have seen make about 200 whp on stock JRSC boost (6 psi). For info on the LHT intercooler go to LHTperformance.net or check out my build thread on here. I have some decent pics of it on my car.
EDIT: I just looked at the pics of your car and I saw that you are still running the JR FMU. If you want better power and drivabilty sell the JR FMU, the Emanage and the 310s, lower your fuel pressure and get some 440s and Hondata/Crome/ect and get this thing back on the dyno. Shoot for 11.8-12.0 to 1 A/F ratios. I think this could be a major part of your issue. The rest of what you got looks fine.

Pickleteg....just curious why you suggest tuning to an AFR of 12? I would have thought a target would be closer to 14...tks
14 is perfect for cruising, but under half-throttle or more, you need something richer to provide protection to the engine - 14 under boost is too lean.
Mods: B18c,lsd,tein flex, JR SC,all the goodies, spent way too much...pls don't tell my wife!

Ok...I'm about to replace the stock JR FMU with a cartech fmu. The stock one runs 11--11.5 under wot (I have a full time wideband with data log). What would be a good target (and still reasonably safe) for the cartech...13?
I read an article on Hostboard.com that was written by Jim Helbing from Motorvations that said under WOT on a dyno that 11.8-12.0 are best for boost because on the street you will see slightly higher A/F ratio numbers then on the dyno (more like 12.5 to 1). I have no idea why this is. He tuned my car to the 11.8-12.0 when mine was on the dyno. I trust few with my car and Jim is well known to be one of (if not) the best JRSC tuner around.
