1) no
2) don't know.
3) don't have a predule
4) read the stickies. There is very little that can go wrong with an SC compared to a turbo. However, as with any modified setup, things can and do go wrong
KM wise, you should do the conversion to miles. Its suppost to last 100k at the base boost level. Oh wait you are reffering to gas consumption?
You will get anywhere from 0-30mpg. Seriously, it varies. There's no way to tell. But I can tell you that on a poor setup it will eat up a lot of gas. On a very good tune for both open and closed loop operation, gas mileage will be so goof you will think the SC came stock.

i'm not sure but i heard of somebody running a b.o.v. on a SC. i think teh idea is stupid. but i believe i've heard of it. TO the O.P. do some solid research about stuff before you go running into projects like this. I can tell from your questions you don't need to be buying any kind of modified car. Get a stock one build it yourself and actually learn about what you are trying to do. You'll end up saving money and learning along the way as opposed to fixing somebody elses half-assed setup.
He's not Japanese, he was referring to the languages he can speak. He's capable of speaking English, can probably curse and ask for a beer in Spanish and has heard his girl moan in Japanese in bed

On JRSC, no.
If it were on a centrifical SC then yes because its basically a turbine spun by belt. So you can have one on a Vortech or procharger.

Go turbo you will never be satisfied with a JRSC if thats one of you concerns. This is a DD mod that makes the car have very linear power not peak power like a SC. If you autox and enjoy a more streetable power in you car than look into a JRSC if you are a dyno whore and want peak power go turbo.
This is a very misleading statement. Too big of a turbo will do what you are saying. but a properly tuned turbo setup will give you linear power (even on a honda) with plenty of power up top. turbos get a bad rep because they make it easy to turn your car into a dyno queen, like alot of the civic boys running t3/t4 turbos which IMHO are way to fucking big for a 1.5-1.8 motor for street performance. Alot of people assume that is all turbos are good for when it's not the case at all. (gt28rs) is turbo that can more than compete with a supercharger in terms of reponse and increase performance across your power band.
