All the calculators are the same spreadsheet, but have the appropriate inputs put in for you. For those that are computer literate the inputs are all adjustable. You can play with displacement changes, pulley changes, rpm, and even blower changes.
I've also include air density adjustment for those not at sea level. If you can't calculate your own air denisty just put in your altitude, it won't be exact, but closer than nothing.
Of particular interest may be the TVS Blower specs I've added. You can change the inputs and see just how well the new TVS blowers perform. For example if you were to take the new R1320 and bolt it up to my setup it should make 370+whp and 20psi (same pullies). Wow! They are suppose to be available in Q3 2007. The question is which version will replace the CCW M62, I'm guessing the R1050, but am hoping for the R1320.
You'll note that I've added a dyno worksheet. It is a VERY rough estimate of what your dyno sheet should look like. It should be within 10-15% of real results, but don't hold me to that... I was just playing and have made a lot of assumptions in it.
A for effort, but the links don't work. Sounds like you're affiliated with JR/Moss Motor Co., so I have a question for you and hopefully you can help me out. I have a d16z6 sohc vtec motor/JR equipped, and the belt squeals like mad. It won't get any tighter so I pulled it off and determined it was stretched, and searched everywhere and finally found the same size replacement 490K4 belt. Put it on, all squeals are gone....for a week and a half. Starts out small, and the problem is continuiing to worsen. I've been hunting all over for a 485K4(one size smaller) belt because the 490 is just a hair too long. I bought my kit used, and the 490 came with it, so I don't know which size belt comes with the kit and which one I should be using. Which size belt should I be using with the D series motor with the 3.8' blower pulley and stock crank pulley?
Bonus question: I have a 3.2' blower pulley upgrade and today it crossed my mind that I would be changing belt sizes again when i get the money for the re-tune. Which size will I need for this application?
Let me know because nobody stocks these size belts and I really don't want to waste my money on another 490 for only 1 week of silent belts. I tried calling and the wait time is just forever and I don't have all day to wait on hold. Thank you,
-Kevin.

I've fixed the links, they didn't copy over properly from my copy/paste.
I don't have any affiliation with Moss Motors, Eaton, Magnusson, or Jackson Racing; I don’t sell anything…
I also have no experience with D series blower configurations. My only suggestion would be to go to a “Gatorback” or other poly-cog belt and get the next smallest belt. Your set up should have no slippage issues with the 3.8" nose pulley.
I also had trouble locating my belts. I special ordered mine in (in pairs in case of breakage). You can calculate the difference in belt length by taking the 2 circumfereances of the pulleys, finding the difference and then dividing that by 2.
ie: C=pi(D) ->( 3.14x3.8" - 3.14x3.2") / 2 = .95"
So the belt should be about .95" shorter.

For the noise issue, have you considered replacing the idler pulley? Too tight a belt is not good. So if you got it to a point where you can't tighten it anymore it would be a bad thing.

well, the first time, i had a neighbor mechanic replace the belt. he said it was a rare belt and didnt have time to do shopping. so i did. i found the same size cause he said the original was stretched, and he put it on for me. then a week later, same problems. this time, i called Moss Motors and the OEM belt for my setup is a 480k4, and the one on my car was a 490k4. so i ordered 2 of them and 2nd day aired those bitches, and to save myself an hour of labor charges, i changed it myself, boy is it a pain in the ass on a z6 in a crx/JR setup.
theres literally fewer room inbetween the blower pulley and frame of the car than the width of the belt. so i had lots of fun with it. but now that it is on, i got it nice and snug and it is quiet as ever. i also considered this to be the reason i only got 5-5.5psi of the quoted 6 psi for my setup. hopefully im not running lean now.
