What else can I do to get more power from GSR? Id like at least 250whp. Like I said in the title, its supercharged. Im going to add teh common i/h/e. Should I go with the 3 inch exhaust and also what type of headers? 4-2-1 or 4-1 polished or ceramic? Could I upgrade the superchager pulley? Anything you can tell me will be much appreciated!
If you want, you can get larger pulleys, and you can get your boost up to about 10psi. But I think you'll need larger injectors. I have DC sports headers 4-1, and a CAI, and Tanabe Racing Medallion cat-back....I'm not sure what the pipe size is on the Tanabe, I think it is somewhere around 2 3/4 though.

I think you should measure it. I tried their website and it doesn't even give the size of the pipings. I dought its 2 3/4" though.
I agree, with getting your car dyno 1st. I suggest getting a Aem cold air intake, 4-2-1 header from DC, or Kamikaze I've heard good things about this Kami header, but not real proof, and 2.5 IN. exhaust system. Then get a Intake manifold gasket from Hondata , to help reduce heatsoaking, get a good fuel pressure regulator like Aem's or a Cartech, because the JR FMU's suck, they over enrich when boost is present, and lean out fuel alittle at idle, causing you to lose HP and Torque. also upgrade to a 8psi crank pulley, but not until you get a fuel regulator. If you have the money buy larger injectors with a computer upgrade like AEM's new plug n play system, or a Hondata stage 3 system, then a water injection system from JR's to reduce heat in your engine by 30%-90% allowing you to run stock timing without denotation = more HP & torque. Hope this info helps.
In this case, Bigger is better. JRSC is on the Intake side of the engine so the more air it can suck up is better. If you want the cold air effect, try something like the Ice Box or something thats custom made. From my understanding, you have a civic. And that means your piping would be like 2.5" or something for the AEM CAI, which is way smaller than the usual 3" for the short rams.
NAh, actually Im getting a gsr sedan. I dont want to spend to much on this venture. Im just wondering if that stock jrsc kit will be enough power for me. But i am used to driving the 150 horse auto accord. And also for any that alreay have a supercharger, is the whistle that loud from inside the car? I think that would really annoy the piss out of me.
Loud? Annoying? Well I can tell you this, if you M45 owners think that your M45 blower is loud, wait till you hear the M62. But it really depends on what kind of an exhaust you've got too. If you have a loud exhaust then that basically overwhelms your SC sound and all you hear is the exhaust.
Fortunately for me, I have an RS*R exhaust so that means I have virtually no exhaust sound at all, making my SC sound the most noticeable.
I've gotton used to it though and think its just normal. Come to think of it, if I didn't know that the SC was installed on my car, I probably would think that the sound is stock.
But trust me, that 150 horses that you are reffering to is engine rated not wheel rated. So that means you are actually feeling less power to the wheels. Once you get into a GSR that JRSC equipped, you'll feel you made a great choice. I went from a 80hp 84 Accord to a 90hp 92 Civic (and these are engine HP ratings) to a JRSC GSR so I really did noticed the difference. But after a while, you will want more since this search for more power and speed is very addicting.
