MY LHT Intercooled JRSC LS build...Updated W/ Pics!
OK....here it is. I have all these things now and I just got the car running after the build. I have some pics on Page 2. I will be on the dyno on the 19th or the 20th of the month.
Engine:
B18b .010 overbore
Mahle Forged 10.5:1 pistons
Eagle rods
Balanced/polished crank and rotating assy.
Portflow built PR4 LS head
Toda Cam Gears
OBD1 GSR Oil pump
ARP Head Studs
ACL bearings
Cometic Head Gasket
Super pretty OBD II Copper powder coated Valve cover (worth 12 HP!)
Tranny:
95 GSR Tranny with EDM ITR LSD and LS 5th
Competition Clutch 12lb flywheel
ACT HDSS clutch set up (holds 243 FT/LB TQ)
JRSC KIT:
LHT Intercooler set up
MVM Stepper pulley
CRV crank pulley
I am looking for 215ish WHP and 180 TQ....A guy with my LHT setup made 197WHP, 170 TQ on a stock engine with a 100,000+ miles on it. I am looking for a 8000 rpm redline or so depending on whenI stop making usable power. Thanks for looking!!
Here are some older pics of when I first put the LHT intercooler on:

Until you put the thing on a dyno with a good tuning system like the Hondata, I'd highly advise against revving teh B18b up that high. Only the dyno will be able to tell you if its worth it pulling it that high.

Oh yeah....HAHA...that redline will be established once Jim @ Motorvations tunes it. Until then I will be running the Stock JRSC pulley and get about 4 PSI LOL
EDIT: I decided to put the pulleys on for 10 PSI and wire the bypass valve open til I get to the dyno.

All the parts are sitting on my shelf and none are on the car except the LHT and the JRSC kit. I will put is all together at the end of August/beginning of September.

I thought that you wanted the Adj FPR so you could get the idle fuel pressure down with the Walbro before you messed with the injector duty cycle...am I mistaken?

Yeah...I can't wait to get rid of that thing. So...my thinking is correct then. Thanks all and any input is appreciated. Without you all on SH I would have never know how nice JRSC setup are.

Ok folks...I just got my Portflow head in last week. I bought is used for a great price so I sold my old head for this one. It is the full meal deal...springs, nitrided valves..blah, blah, blah. I also got my RC 440s, Hondata, Adj. FPR and gauge and a Hondata chipped ECU. My engine will be sitting on the ground at the end of next week. I can't wait!
