Ported Jackson Charger

Damn , It's been awhile since I've posted here. So let's get started, I have a 2000 Honda Civic CX , with the stock D16y7 non-vtec engine running @9psi on the Jackson supercharger.

My last dyno chart, also I only rev to 6600 rpms now I have dual valve springs, titianum retainers, and stainless steel valves. Next time I'll rev at least to 7500 rpms.

Well here are some before and after pics of the ported supercharger

blower inlet

blower outlet

After pics

intake manifold runnners

Blower Inlet

Blower porting was performed by Stiegemeier and I also went ahead and replaced the bearings , and new supercharger oil. Even though the bearings were in good condition.
I'll update the post with new pics after installing the supercharger back on.

I have always recommended stiegmeier over the pricey Endyn. I cant belive though you didnt have the rotors stripped and recoated man they look like crap. Did they port the whole manifold and sc or just the SC? I have talked to Bob but only about porting the blower itself.

I did have the rotors coating stripped, but they do not recoat the rotors. Sorry but I don't have any pics of the rotors after they have been stripped. Also they did perform porting the blower and intake manifold, and also the S tube.

When are you going to dyno the ported setup? Also I know of a place that will recoat the rotors or the case your choice.

Cost for all that porting I think Bob quoted me around $400 for just the blower.

I paid $735.00 for porting the blower + Plenum, port match the intake manifold runners, port the S tube ,and front drive rebuild with new bearings. The $735.00 was the total cost with shipping and handling.

Yes, that is a water injection system by Aquamist. I'am running the 5mm. jet with 75% water and 25% meth. and comes on at 5psi of boost.

And does it work for you? I will be spraying before the blower.

Yeah, it works to lower the temps some, but not like a intercooler. I never had any denotation problems at all, and I leave in Texas , hot , and humid here.
