Rattling noise?

Hi, I recently installed a JRSC on my 2000 Integra Type R and have only put about 100 miles on it since. Now, I'm hearing a nasty vibrating noise and rattling coming from the supercharger. It sounds like it may be the rotors or something. Has anyone had anything like this before? Any suggestions or help is very much appreciated. Thanks.:

From what I've heard it might be the bearings. But for the bearings to be shot after such a short duration of time would be weird I would think. Anyone else? The noise is a really loud rattling noise, almost as if something is lose inside, but there's not because I pulled it apart and checked. Everything else is tight and nothing is vibrating against anthing. The rotors still look brand new.

I get the rattle in my setup too (6 psi, 97 GSR), but only at idle. It goes away after about 2500rpm and under load...

Hey my car is making a knocking noise at around 2500 to 3000 rpms when the engine is fully warmed up, I thought is was tip in detonation, but under load it does not occur, and the car has been running fine for the last three weeks, I am wondering if this noise is the same noise you guys are hearing, it sounds like a light knocking noise, always happens in first gear at about ten miles an hour...cspina

cspina I know what your knocking is. I'm running a 99 Integra GSR with a DIY install JRSC I had the same problem. It a silonoid valve that use to be mounted to you factory intake manifold. I forget the correct name of the valve though I look it up. What happed is Jackson did not give you a place to mount it on the Jacskon intake manifold so I bet you mounted it to your firewall like I did. Now the vibration can be heard inside the car before it was isolated when it was on the intake manifold. The valve is used for emmisions.

Hey man thanks for the info, talk to me I need more info to find this piece, if you could please elloborate for me. When the car is warmed up it will sound like the engine is knocking but I really don't think it is because the noise remains steady while rpm increases...any help would be much appreciated...cspina
