I am looking for new plugs for my JRSC GSR, but can't quit make up my mind on buying them. There are some info on the plugs that I can't make out/understand.
Here is what I have found:
R5671A-8, ref #4554
BCPR7ES, ref #3330
ZFR6F-11, ref #4291 (this one is for my civic)
On other websites however, I have found the refference #'s to be different?
Here is what I found at another website in the same order as the plugs above:
R5671A-8 (2660, I'm assuming this is the refference #)
BCPR7ES-11 (1095)
PZFR6F-11 (3271)
Now, would it matter if I got one of these plugs over the other (comparing equivilent plugs of course but different reference #'s)?
Or are they just all the same? Does it really matter? Just as long as I know the part # to the plug then it should fit?
Thanks man, but does the refference # mean anything? Does that mean as long as I got the plug that says ZFR6F-11 ten I should be all set to go?
I guess my thread got moved here because I'm JRSC??? I was expecting a lot of help from integra owners but I guess they dobn't know jack shit? I thought my thread was prety broad in terms of spark plugs in general? Oh well...

 Did I hit a soft spot? You know that quote includeds me also. I was being sacastic. Guess I should have put a smilley face or something??? :
I was really hoping for some explaination in reading spark plugs and/or if there was any differences in the plugs I originally posted up. I guess me mentioning my car having a JRSC automatically meant that my post was going to be better answered in the SC forum? :
Oh well, I guess I can do with as much info that I can get here.

no, u didn't hit a nerve . i was just asking a question. i believe exciv2000 gave a pretty good answer regarding which spark plug to use -- especially for supercharged tegs.
here's a couple links that'll explain to u in better detail about spark plugs.

Yeah exciv2000 did give a pretty good answer as to which plug to use. The main reason for me asking about the two other plugs (which I should have just focused more on and ignore the last one) is because two former moderators of the SC forum as well as integra forum recomended them (Gvtec and neouser).
As for the plugs, I can not tell whether or not they are platnum or copper. Again from those two former moderators, copper is better to use rather than platnum on a SC tegs (okay I admit... I was steering towards a SC application).
Thanks for the links, but it still doesn't tellme anything about how to read the plugs? I'll just either assume that they will fit or go to a local performance stop to ask them.
FWIW, the plugs I recommended ARE copper plugs. The only difference between the ones I listed (ZFR7F-11), and the ones you listed (ZFR6F-11) are the heat range.
The ZFR7F-11 are projected tip plugs, which are not really a good choice for a boosted application. Even with a tighter gap, they require a longer strap, making them prone to hot spots and detonation. The R5671A-8 is a non-projected tip plug, which is why both former moderators of this forum recommend them.

Eh, that may be easy for you to understand but I'm not grasping it... what do you mean projected tip, don't all plugs have a strap over the tip for the spark to jump to? Also, I can understand the ZFR7F-11 code, but th R5671A-8 code appears greek to me according to the last link that I posted... I don't see the correlations. Can you lend a hand.
