Taking the JRSC Jump in my Integra RS

Next month this time I will be starting my JRSC install on my 98 Integra RS. I think that I got everything that I need, except maybe a fuel pump.
Parts List:
JRSC
CRV crank pulley
RC 310cc injectors
AEM EMS (and junking the FMU and Fuel Enrichment Relay)
1 step colder NGK plugs
JRSC thermostat
OEM cap, rotor, wires

Not sure if I need an upgraded fuel pump or not, but can pick up a Walbro 255 fairly cheap. So I might just go with that.

Also, I am going to leave my Crower 62403's in and wide band tune to see how it works out. But if it doesn't I still have my stock cams to install.

I will also for now be leaving my Comptech header, 2-1/4" Carsound cat, and 2-1/4" ITR cat back in place. I know that it will be restrictive, but I guess that's the trade off for wanting it to keep the stock look.

For the intake side, I will be using my Comptech Icebox and K&N drop-in filter.

For tuning now, I have an Innovate LM-1 wideband with RPM converter. Will be dynoing a little later.

The one piece of information that I do need to find out is what size of belt do I need with the CRV crank pulley.

Suggestions and comments welcome before I start turning the wrenches.

not sure on the belt size for CRV pulley. Contact Jim Helbing, his number is in one of the stickies, and he'll be able to tell you. If you don't mind afterwards, please post up the info for the belt size and I can add that to one of the stickies. Thanks!

Otherwise, it all sounds good. I'd go with the Walbro 255 pump as well.

What does using the CRV pulley do?

raises boost from stock 6 psi to 9 or 10 psi on b-series engines. Some people use this in conjunction with a smaller stepper pulley on the alternator to get 11-13 psi, but with some pretty insane heat issues.

So, when I get my kit, instead of using the JR pulley, I can just use a light weight CRV pully? That sounds better, since the smaller blower pulleys slip some....

crv pulley is probably heavier. This is a crank pulley, not a blower pulley, nor a stepper pulley.

I understand what your talking about. The CRV crank pulley. But that route would be better than using the smaller boost pullies is my question. Less slippage from the boost pulley and the same effects....
