It does whine while idleing, but at full throttle you don't really here that much untill u let of the throttle, i have the vortech BOV and it has a sweet Whooosh sound, and when off the throttle there is a constant air flow out of the BOV.

yes i am....i mean i have research alot about them just trying to find out first hand on what people think of each..... i mean like JRSC gets max psi at low rpm range and gets all the power fast but with the Vortech u dont get max psi till the end of the power band.....so now im debating on which i should go with....some friend of mine said if he was supercharging he would go vortech...and also he said u should just go turbo also like everyone does.... but i dont need super amounts of power all i need is some power to get me in the 13's and im happy

I love my vortech aftercooled setup. Its very streetable and very capable of mid to high 13s. Also the way i have it tuned i still get 30 mpg. It pulls so hard in 2, 3,and in 4 gear. I guess you just have to figure out what you want out of your car.

I got it used of a fellow clubsi memeber. Me and one of my buddies installed it at his garage (kind of handy to have a buddy that is a honda certified mech. and has a lift at his house). I have around 2g's in everything installed. Got a real good deal on everything.
